As mothers, we always put our children first. What they need - they will have. What we need - eh, we can probably make do without it, if money is tight (and it always is). After all, we've managed so far with what we have, right?

But sometimes, life gets messy. We're exhausted, disorganized, overwhelmed, and juggling too much at once. "Date night" disappeared ages ago, and we're not the moms we dreamed of being. The house is a pigsty, the kids aren't eating healthily enough, and if life were a contest, we're pretty sure we'd lose. (Luckily, life isn't a contest.)

Wouldn't you love to be a more patient, loving, mother? Wouldn't it be nice to have a cleaner house, serve more nutritious, home-cooked meals, and not have laundry all over the place? Wouldn't it be great if you had more energy and procrastinated less, if you felt like you controlled your life instead of it controlling you?

Believe it or not, it's possible. And it's within your reach. Yes, it will take time and a bit of practice - but at the end of the day, you'll see clear gains. You and your family - especially your children - will reap the rewards.

In our sessions, I'll help you build an effective, personalized, home management system, define what's important to you and what can be delegated or eliminated, and create an effective schedule.

In self-management coaching, we'll work on:

  • how to beat burnout and procrastination

  • how to reorganize your time, tasks, and possessions

  • how to streamline your life and create better habits

  • helping you beat the laundry blues and serve more nutritious meals on a regular basis.
